She is the founder of the production company, A.T. Madover Entertainment, which has produced films such as The Producers, The Women, and The Dilemma. She is also the co-founder of the theater company, The Public Theater, and has produced numerous Broadway shows, including The Book of Mormon, The Color Purple, and The Normal Heart. Madover is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a member of the board of directors of the Perelman Jewish Day School and the board of trustees of the American Repertory Theater. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Madover is married to Michael Madover, a former investment banker. They have three children.
